 Wink Ok I want to get me a treadmill.....but have heard different stories as to the idea of jogging...

they say that jogging takes its toll on the body in many ways...

the impact on the knees, feet joints, ankles , legs, strain onthe heart not to mention the jolt the brain is taking every time the feet hit the pavement....

what do we believe......

 Wink  I think all this fitness stuff is another gimmic just to sell the equipment.......if ya want to lose weight then eat smart and get some exercise.....walking is great for that......that is why I want a treadmill....lol

dont have time to walk on my road......

Honestly, I would rather "exercise" outside like bike riding or walking.  At least if your outdoors, you have different scenery and fresh air.  (As if ya'll couldn't tell, I'm an outdoor person.)  I know if you do it indoors, you can watch t.v. or something, but it's just not the same.
