Thats right now i get short of breath so i go into the hospital monday at 6:45 am for a stress adenoscan cardiolite so do any of you know how they do it

Please help our kids who are very ill.Lets gave them there dream a computer all money go's towards computers for ill kids thank you...

 What a night up all night with my back and had it in my chest bad so couldnt sleep hope some one got some for me. Oh forgot Nicole I sent ya a personal message.

I had the regular stress test where you walk the treadmill. I believe for the type you are having, you just lay on the table and they inject a medicine into your vein, which in turn will stimulate your heart, the same effect as if they have you walking the treadmill. You will be hooked up to an ekg monitor. Then you will go to another room and lay on another table while a machine scans your chest. They will do this again after a break (I am thinking it was about an hour or so).
If that is what it is called, I had what you just described and they monitor your heart during the whole test. They made my heart go so fast that I thought it would jump out of my chest and I had trouble catching my breath. When it was done, they gave me another drug to counter the first one to slow thew heart back down. I don't want to go through that again. It didn't take very long but to me it seemed like an eternity. |

Thanks Sea and I had the stress test 4 years ago when I had a mild heart attack and I past out on the trend mill that day.So he seen how bad I was at his office I was waiting in the room for him to come in and I broke out in a bad cold sweat and he yell at ann the nurse and told her to do a EKG on me then nafter being there for 45 mins he said we need to get a stress test done on me cause he seen were I was having trouble breathing my gosh its all I need with my spine in bad shape.
