Darthredlight and my mom has been in the hospital since tuesday and she is still in ICU right now one of her lungs has colapse yesterday and they been trying to get it open.So please keep our mother in your prayers thank you.

Thanks sammy she needs all the prayers she can get.She has had it ruff this week.I beleive this has been the worst week in her life time.

I would like to take a few minutes to update this topic....

Our mother was diagnosed with lung cancer 4 weeks ago.....this was a big shock to us......she has been in and out of that hospital for all kinds of tests and finally found what her problem was....

It is confined to the left upper lobe of the left lung.......she will begin chemo one day a week and radiation 5 days a week for 6 weeks ....then will under go tests to see if the chemo and radiation shrunk the tumor...

she will need all the prayers you can give her....

thanks nicole.....its gonna be a long 6 weeks........that is how long she will take this for... then they will do another pet scan to see how things look...then go from there......

Thanks SeaBreeze and everyone else mother will need all the prayers she can get thanks again.I tryed to post to this last night and for some reason it didnt work.

   mom had her first chemo and radiation treatment today...she done very well......we were there from 8:30 til 3:30....was a long day but we made it...

They did tell her she will lose her hair...but after treatments it will slowly grow back....I hate that part of it......but that is such a small price to pay if this helps her.....

Like they say when it rains it pours.Our mother is no better in fact to me she is worst now then ever,she been done with chemo and radition for now till we find out whats our next step.Any way Darthredlight my sister hubby had a bad heart attack this morning.

I would like to update this....

My hubby is doing fine as of this evening.....it was touch and go since yesturday morning.....but he is off all breathing tubes and other stuff.....he will get to come home in a couple days...

they said if we would have waited another 30 minutes he wouldnt be here today.....he wasnt even awake when they life flighted him to OSU.....he was in full cardiac arrest when he arrived at KCH.......They done a great job in handling the procedure and gettin him full medical care......he is surely sore from where they shocked him 3 times but they told him that would pass in a few weeks....

I am just glad he is going to be fine.....

Please keep our mother and your prayers.She was admitted to the hospital today due to a heart problem and dehydration.I have never seen our mother so run down,so please keep them prayers coming for her she needs all she can get.

Update on our mother they told us today that mother maybe with us 1 or maybe 2 weeks.I don't know why they say that cause they don't know in fact no one knows how long she has we were told last thursday to call all of our family cayse she wouldn't make it through the day well mom and god showed then she is still with us.My gosh I don't want her to go it just tears me up to see her.She was happy to see her angel today who is my daughter.Thank you all for the prayers cause we need all we can get.Thanks again.
